President’s Pitcher

Rinks for the President’s Pitcher are chosen by the Club representatives on the Ladies’ Centre Committee. Forty-eight ladies took to the ice on Monday 13th October to play in this year’s competition, sponsored by Sheila Miller.   The winners were Ford Ladies Curling Club: Pam Clark (skip), Lyn Miller (third), Ruth Miller (second) and Helen Welsh (Lead).

Having sponsored the competition for over 20 years Sheila has decided to step back and let someone else sponsor next year’s competition.  Sheila was presented with a ‘thank you’ gift by Jane Bruce, President of EWC.
